Molding Window Advisor (MWA) is a simple and convenient application designed to obtain optimal production parameters. It integrates scientific and empirical methods to optimize parameters for actual production through a series of processes. During this process, it also establishes reference indicators for trial molding, such as molding curves, molding windows, and predictors. Molding curves allow tracking of changes in variables like injection speed and holding time. Molding windows can visualize areas potentially constrained by machine limitations. The predictor enables users to adjust or input molding parameters to forecast product quality. When paired with iMolding Hub, this application enhances the application of simulated parameters to on-site manufacturing, bridging the gap between design and production.
