Dr. Venny Yang President, CoreTech System (Moldex3D) Co., Ltd. _ Dr. Venny Yang has had a long and extensive experience in plastic part design and mold optimization. He specializes in areas such as injection molding process, CAE software development and application, plastic extrusion process, etc. His significant work achievements include the integration of CAD & CAE systems and building CAE computer simulation an inseparable tool to assist the design and manufacture of plastic products in the polymer processing field. Dr. Yang currently is the President of CoreTech System (Moldex3D). |

Dr. Anthony Yang President of Moldex3D North America Inc. _ Dr. Anthony Yang has been the core developer of Moldex3D and Board Member of the Moldex3D Company. Dr. Yang is currently at the position of Chief Technology Officer to devote his time in coordinating between the users and development team. With his dedicated contribution, the first 3D solvers for molding process commercial software, were then developed and populated by the industry worldwide. |

Nirmal Narayan System Optimization Engineer, Autoliv North America _ Nirmal Narayan is a Systems Engineer at Autoliv, his primary focus is modeling and simulation of automotive safety systems and components. He has been with Autoliv for 7 years. Previously he worked at Delphi for 7 years and EASi Engineering for 3 years. He has a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati. |

Moses Gnana Molex _ Moses Gnana is a CAE Applications Engineer in Molex, Auburn Hills MI, a leading manufacturer of Electronic and Electrical Connectors. Basically he is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He also has completed a Post graduate diploma in Plastics Engineering which inspired him to enter in to the Plastics Field. He has around 13 years of Experience in Plastics Product Design and Flow analysis using CAD/CAE packages like Pro-Engineer, CATIA, Moldflow Plastics Insight, & Ansys. He has been using Moldex3D since last 1.5 years. |

Linda Tseng Molex _ Linda Tseng is a CAE Applications Engineer in Molex, Auburn Hills MI. She is a skilled CAE Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has 11 years of experience in plastics flow analysis of automotive parts like Lighting, exterior components and electrical connectors. She has been with Molex for the last 5 years. She contributes in the development of new tools from early design stage to production. She is a Moldex3D user for the last 5 years. |

Dr. Peter Heyes HBM nCode _ Peter Heyes read Natural Sciences at Cambridge University; he then taught physics for 5 years before turning to the dark side and becoming an engineer by way of a PhD in metal fatigue at Sheffield University. Apart from a brief spell in vehicle body CAE, he has spent most of last 24 years supporting the nCode brand in a variety of roles including: consulting engineer, product manager and chief technologist. Peter is currently responsible for the research and development of fatigue analysis methods for fatigue life estimation software package, nCode DesignLife. Right now he is mainly working on durability methods for composite materials and structural joints. |

Doug Espinoza TZER0 Manager, RJG, Inc. _ Doug has developed professional expertise in technology, people, and strategic management. He was instrumental in the creation of RJG’s TZERO program, a consulting service that provides a framework for collaboration between engineering and manufacturing in the areas of part design and simulation as well as educating, optimizing, and assessing the mold development process to avoid molding uncertainties and to resolve existing injection molding problems. His role as a TZER0 manager allows him to bring a broad perspective to our clients. He specializes in evaluating the current state of our clients and in providing specialized end-to-end solutions to achieve their desired future state. |

Kenny Lu Engineering Consultant, RJG, Inc. _ Kenny Lu is an engineering consultant for RJG, Inc. His plastics career began as a structural engineer in Taiwan, where he then joined Moldex3D, where he gained his knowledge of injection molding and associated interpretation skills for the following 12 years before moving to Michigan to run technical operations at Moldex3D North America. Kenny’s role as a consultant for RJG is to evaluate the potential risks before the tool launch and provide advice in using scientific results. Kenny facilitates the synergy between production and engineering groups through his simulation skills and knowledge. |

Mark Anderson Application Engineer, Siemens PLM Software _ Mark has been a certified Journeyman using CAD/CAM software for 20 years. His background is in CAM programming, manufacturing and design serving many roles in the manufacturing environment from management to process planning and manufacturability oversight to design validation and operating the CNC equipment. His fields of expertise include: Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Medical equipment, and Mold, Tool & Die (including transfer, progressive and injection dies).He is currently an Application Engineer at CAM Logic responsible for customer demonstrations, post processors, customer support and sales support. While he presently focuses on NX CAD/CAM for design and manufacturing, he also has experience with AutoCAD and Solid Edge for design and Gibbs CAM, Master CAM, Edge CAM, Part Maker, CATIA and CAMplete for manufacturing. His knowledge of CAD\CAM software coupled with his years in the manufacturing industry is what allows him to understand customer’s processes, needs, methodologies, and unique challenges and provide real solutions and the technical edge needed in today’s competitive environment. |

Dustin SOUZA Application Engineer, e-Xstream engineering _ Dustin graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors and Masters degree in aeronautical engineering, where he developed a concentrated interest in aerodynamics, structures and composite materials. He is currently an application engineer for e-Xstream engineering and has been in this position for 2.5 years. He works largely in the automotive field in the Michigan area, and as a result spends most of his time in the chopped fiber realm where he helps customers model all kinds of composite materials, from chopped fibers to continuous fibers. |

Sal LoGrasso Synventive _ Sal is a R&D process simulation engineer at Synventive Molding Solutions. He started at Synventive in 2008 as a project manager and moved to the R&D department in 2013. He has years of experience in mold and hot runner designs. Sal received his bachelor’s degree in plastic engineering from UMass Lowell in 2007, and Masters in plastics in 2014. |

Dr Umesh Gandhi Executive Scientist, Toyota Research Institute North America _ Dr Gandhi works as Executive scientist at Toyota research Institute in Ann Arbor, MI. His current interest is sustainable future mobility through lightweight energy efficient vehicles. Dr Gandhi is actively pursuing research in lightweight areas such as composite material as well as polymer based morphing technology and 3D printing. Dr Gandhi has Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from University of Michigan and more than 25 year experience in various areas in automotive industry. Dr Gandhi holds 18 patents, 15 more pending. He has published several journal papers and presented at numerous conferences. Dr Gandhi is also on advisory board for research centers at many US universities. |

Mr. Levi Kishbaugh VP Engineering, Trexel, Inc _ Levi Kishbaugh is the VP of Engineering at Trexel. He has been at Trexel 17 years starting as the Director of Process Development for injection molding technology. He now has responsibility for all technical activities. Prior to Trexel, Levi spent 4 ½ years in product and applications develop for injection molded resins at Montell Polyolefins and 6 ½ years at The Dow Chemical in Plastics Technical Service and Development to the automotive industry. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. |
